Mike Jay, my father, is a diehard track & field and cross country fanatic, and when it comes to his garage: it’s a shrine for those sports he loves. Surrounding his grandfather’s 1963 Chevy II are walls covered with memorabilia commemorating the events he has been a part of, signed gifts from athletes/coaches he adores, and press box signage he may or may not have snuck out of the venue in his bag.
